Prompt for the PraxisOrtApp

Please create a React-JS application for the PraxisOrtModule. The application  has to offer the following views for the user interface: 
    1. BerufPraxisOrtView 
    2. PraxisOrtView 
The views have to be reachable for the user via a menu list at the left side of each view. The requirements for the 2 views are defined below.

1. The BerufPraxisOrtView must contain the following fields: 
    - name: Beruf   type: Beruf 
    - name: PraxisOrt   type: PraxisOrt 
The data source for the [Beruf] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/BerufService/beruf"   (HTTP-GET) 
The data source for the [PraxisOrt] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/PraxisOrtService/praxisort"   (HTTP-GET) 
An existing BerufPraxisOrt entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/PraxisOrtService/berufpraxisort/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new BerufPraxisOrt entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/PraxisOrtService/berufpraxisort"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing BerufPraxisOrt entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/PraxisOrtService/berufpraxisort/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT) 
If an existing BerufPraxisOrt entity has to be deleted, the following relative URL should be called: 
    "/PraxisOrtService/berufpraxisort/{id}"   (HTTP-DELETE)

2. The PraxisOrtView must contain the following fields: 
    - name: Beschreibung   type: STRING 
    - name: Name   type: STRING 
An existing PraxisOrt entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/PraxisOrtService/praxisort/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new PraxisOrt entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/PraxisOrtService/praxisort"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing PraxisOrt entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/PraxisOrtService/praxisort/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT) 
If an existing PraxisOrt entity has to be deleted, the following relative URL should be called:

Add a HTML table to the view with the following BerufPraxisOrt columns: 
    - column: PraxisOrt 
    - column: Beruf 
The table should have the title "BerufPraxisOrts" und the data must be loaded from the server with the following relative URL: 
    "/PraxisOrtService/berufpraxisort/praxisort/{id}"
