Prompt for the AufnahmeArtApp

Please create a React-JS application for the AufnahmeArtModule. The application  has to offer the following views for the user interface: 
    1. AufnahmeArtView 
    2. FallAbrechnungView 
    3. KostentraegerView 
    4. NotaufnahmeView 
The views have to be reachable for the user via a menu list at the left side of each view. The requirements for the 4 views are defined below.

1. The AufnahmeArtView must contain the following fields: 
    - name: Beschreibung   type: STRING 
    - name: Code   type: STRING 
    - name: IstAmbulant   type: BOOL 
    - name: IstStationaer   type: BOOL 
    - name: IstTeilstationaer   type: BOOL 
An existing AufnahmeArt entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/AufnahmeArtService/aufnahmeart/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new AufnahmeArt entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/AufnahmeArtService/aufnahmeart"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing AufnahmeArt entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/AufnahmeArtService/aufnahmeart/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT) 
If an existing AufnahmeArt entity has to be deleted, the following relative URL should be called: 
    "/AufnahmeArtService/aufnahmeart/{id}"   (HTTP-DELETE) 
Add a HTML table to the view with the following Aufnahme columns: 
    - column: UeberwiesenVon 
    - column: EntlassDatum 
    - column: AufnahmeArt 
    - column: EntlassZiel 
    - column: Patient 
    - column: AufnahmeDatum 
    - column: Krankenhaus 
    - column: IstNotfall 
The table should have the title "Aufnahmes" und the data must be loaded from the server with the following relative URL:

2. The FallAbrechnungView must contain the following fields:

The data source for the [Fall] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/FallService/fall"   (HTTP-GET) 
The data source for the [Kostentraeger] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/AufnahmeArtService/kostentraeger"   (HTTP-GET) 
An existing FallAbrechnung entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/AufnahmeArtService/fallabrechnung/{id}"   (HTTP-GET)

If a new Notaufnahme entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/AufnahmeArtService/notaufnahme"   (HTTP-POST)
